    I would never again book early or in advance to secure a spot at this venue. We booked January 2 for our March 31 arrival date. Our friends booked 5 days in advance of arrival and paid 40% less than us.
    They advertise pool amenities but the hours were very limited. We asked to use the pool during the daytime as the skiing conditions were poor and were told NO as the pool was not being heated at that time. When they did open it later the pool was cold.
    Guests were not allowed to wear ski boots into the hallways and elevators and was an incovenience as there lockers did not accommodate space and location to put on and take off boots. As well the lockers were located in the basement/parkaid and you had to climb stairs with your skis and boots on to access the hill. Also if you stayed in building two it was difficult for first time skiers to access the ski in ski out of the hill as you had to climb a hill or haul your skis up a bunch of stairs.
    |I would not recommend this place for the money we paid and will definately never book that early again as there is absolutley no incentive or discount given. Most of the trip even had to be prepaid well in advance of arrival.
    Lastly this venue did not offer any ski pass discounts and we had to purchase our passes in Kelowna to get a better discount.

    only problem. we were to have our sheets and towels changed mid week and that did not happen.
