Big White Ski Resort: Just a drive away!

Only 45 minutes from downtown Kelowna, Big White Ski Resort is centrally located.

To Kelowna from:

Vancouver: 4 ½ hours drive via Hwy 97C
Spokane: 5 hours drive via US Hwy 395
Calgary: 6 ½ hours drive via Hwy 1
Edmonton:9 ½ hours via Hwy 16

Once in Kelowna, you take Hwy 33 south east off Hwy 97 (Joey's and Costco are on the corner) for 32 km until you see the sign for Big White Ski Resort. Turn left and travel 24 km and you’re here. We strongly advise snow tires (not all season tires) or chains and 4-wheel drive is great.
To find us, take the Big White Road past the welcome sign, under the new ski-over bridge, into the village. On your right is Big White Central Mountain Check-In where we will be waiting to check you in after 4 pm. Parking is available out front. Please remember that Big White Cental Mountain Check-In has been gracious enough to allow our check-ins at their front desk for your convenience, but they are not affiliated with Rentchalets. Any questions, concerns, or problems about your Big White Ski Resort accommodations can be directed at Rentchalets.

Just a flight away!
Kelowna Airport is serviced by Air Canada/Jazz (AirBC), Westjet Ailines and Horizon Air (Alaska Airlines). These airlines are partnered to get you from Vancouver (45 minutes), Toronto, Seattle (65 minutes), Calgary, Edmonton, and anywhere in the world!
Our airport shuttle can be there waiting to help you with your luggage, get some grocery shopping done if need be and whisk you up to your chalet. This service must be pre-booked and if you require shopping, please let us know in advance.
Other ways of getting here:

Limousines: Limos can be rented to get you from place to place. Just call us and we’ll help get that organized.

Helicopters: It is possible to charter you own helicopter for a bird’s eye view of the BC Interior. Just give us a call.

Car Rentals are available at the Kelowna Airport. Avis, Hertz, Tilden/National all have counters but Budget is on the mountain too. We strongly recommend 4-wheel drive.

Buses: Greyhound runs a service into Kelowna and up the mountain. Check www.greyhound.ca for schedules.
