Drive into the grounds of this beautiful vacation standalone house, you will be struck by the views from all sides. The house is set to the right with oval glass, double front door to welcome you, and a large lawn with flower beds and assorted mature trees frames the front of the house.

The entrance is a beautiful hallway with wood floors, sweeping curved staircase up to the bedrooms; double door to your right lead into a delightful sitting room; to your left a passage leads to the garage, office, laundry room and fully equipped bathroom with shower stall; and straight on leads to the kitchen and lounge.

The fully equipped kitchen has all you need to create your family favourites or cater for all your group. A solid wood oval table offers informal dining within the kitchen area or you can choose to sit at the breakfast bar to keep the chef company. In front of this table is a double glass sliding door with flyscreen to access the deck with far reaching views of Christina Lake & mountains. The kitchen comes with full length fridge-freezer with icemaker & chilled filter water. In the work top island there is an electric ceramic hob with extractor fan that rises out of the counter as you need it, a wall oven, a dishwasher and microwave. A corner kitchen sink is a great place to stand whilst peeling potatoes and admiring the view.

A large double entrance to the right of the kitchen leads into a formal dining room with grand matching dining furniture. At the end of the table, a window looks down the valley and West Lake Drive. A door leads onto a large deck that rounds the full length of the house. There is a large propane BBQ, and solid iron table & chairs with parasol that gives the option to eat outside.

After dinner or when you want to get out of the sun you can move to the cool sitting room to the right of the dining room. There is a lovely window that gives you a bird's eye view towards Highway 3, here there's a two seater couch to look at the view. Set in front of the windows that overlook the manicured gardens are two armchairs & a three seater couch - a great place for you to curl up with a book or have a quiet chit-chat with your family or friend. The view from the windows are of the covered deck and the garden beyond. Double doors lead you into the hallway at the front of the house.

From the kitchen to the left in a sunken area is a large lounge with gas fire for the cooler evenings, plenty of comfy leather couches and arm chairs, large flat screen TV with Shaw Cable (limited channels), side & coffee tables. The whole front has windows that offer a wonderful view of Christina Lake & mountains.

Back in the hallway is a passage leading to the garage; double glass doors lead into a private office with large desk, lamp, and large couch that pull out to be a queen bed.

Take the sweeping staircase to the top with master bedroom with private bathroom, second bedroom with two queen beds, third bedroom with one queen bed and main bathroom located between the two.

The master bedroom comes with matching bed, bedside tables & lamp, gas fire, his & her closets, sitting area with large arm chair & formal arm chair set in an alcove with three windows overlooking the garden. The private bathroom has deep soaking bath, separate shower stall, vanity basin set in a counter and toilet.

The second & third bedroom have amazing views looking at the lake, making you want to jump out of bed or lie there looking at it.

Down from the main floor is a spacious family room with flat screen TV. From here you can access the hot tub on a large deck with views of the lake.

This vacation home is in a great location to explore the surrounding area and for the whole family & friends to get together in a beautiful house
